Fuel Surcharge Policy
Effective: April 1, 2002

MSM will adjust the fuel surcharge each Tuesday based on the previous day's U.S. National Weekly Retail On-Highway Diesel Price Index, in accordance with the chart detailed below. The left column is the price range of diesel fuel in cents (U.S. funds) and the right hand columns are the corresponding fuel surcharges as a percentage of the freight charges.
