SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (Jan. 23, 2008) -- The MSM Group of Companies announced that it has established MSM US Transport to provide domestic direct line-haul less-than-truckload service in the United States. MSM US Transport is affiliated with MSM Canadian Transport, which offers direct daily line-haul schedules to Canada from the Los Angeles area. Both companies are based in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. "MSM US Transport is a direct response to our customers who need a better domestic LTL solution in the United States," said Bob Murray, president of the MSM Group of Companies. "We're excited to offer Los Angeles shippers the highest level of customer service, the fastest transit times, and now complete geographic coverage in North America." MSM US Transport is led by managing partner Dave Kilkenny. Kilkenny joined MSM in 1998 and most recently was sales manager for MSM Canadian Transport.
